  • Tony was appointed Managing Director in 2005
  • Tony’s background is in management and maintenance
  • Tony is a great problem solver and assists Tarampa customers to overcome barriers, working towards positive outcomes.
  • Tony oversees the Business Operations and Maintenance
  • Tony has completed a Diploma in Project Management, a qualification in Aged Care and is a qualified Engineering Tradesperson Mechanical – Diesel Fitter

Tanya- Director

  • Tanya is Tarampa’s 3rd generation Managing Director
  • Appointed Director in 2005
  • Tanya has a passion for delivering person centred care that is meaningful and results driven
  • Tanya’s area of expertise is in compliance and implementation of new systems as well as oversee the Business Operations
  • Tanya has completed many courses over the years, specific to customer care and Management. Some qualifications include Dual Diploma in Business and Disability

Marcelle - Operations Manager

  • Marcelle was appointed Operations Manager in 2019
  • She has many years experience as a senior manager across state and national platforms
  • Marcelle has a comprehensive background in auditing, Work Health and Safety and Business Improvement
  • Marcelle is an extremely ethical person who is passionate about seeing people succeed. She brings a plethora of knowledge and growth ideas to our team.
  • Marcelle is a Qualified Justice of the Peace, has qualifications in auditing, incident investigation, Leadership Development and Emergency Management

Monique - Customer Services Manager

  • Monique commenced employment with Tarampa in 2019 as a Lifestyle Support Worker
  • It did not take long for Monique to prove her dedication in customer focused care, worthy of two promotions since she commenced
  • Monique currently works with Tarampa Customers and the Customer Service Team, to ensure customer satisfaction is met/exceeded and implement improvements as they are identified.
  • Monique has qualifications in Individual Support and is currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management

Kelly - HR Manager

  • Kelly has come to the Tarampa team with a wealth of knowledge on everything Human Resources related
  • With a corporate background in HR Kelly enjoys working with people to problem solve issues, empowering them to make positive change
  • Kelly believes there is give and take in every workplace and with the right attitude and support, positive change is inevitable
  • Kelly has a plethora of qualifications in the Human Resource field

Neesha RN

  • Neesha joined the Tarampa team in 2022 as our first Registered Nurse. Something Tarampa is very proud to achieve for our customers
  • Neesha has an extensive background in community nursing, mentoring, supervising and training her clinical team
  • With experience in most of the NDIS High Intensity areas, Neesha is proud to support customers in a way that allows them to maintain their independence whilst supporting them with their clinical needs
  • Neesha has Bachelor of Nursing, Graduate Cert in Chronic Condition Management, Masters in Wound Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
