Like us all, the team at Tarampa is trying very hard to keep abreast of the changes brought about by the recent surge in Covid-19 cases. The Queensland Government is making changes to the Directives on a regular basis and we are implementing changes as and when they occur.

In order to maintain the safety of our staff and customers at both Tarampa Lodge and Tarampa Assist, we have outlined some important information and guidelines that are being followed at all Tarampa sites.

General Advice

  • Do not visit if you have any of the following symptoms:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Sore Throat
    • Shortness of Breath
    • Runny Nose
    • Fatigue
    • Loss of Smell and/or Taste
    • Vomiting or Nausea
    • Been overseas in the past 14 Days
  • Visitors to any of the Tarampa accommodation sites must wear a mask at all times
  • Sign in using the QR Code provided at each accommodation
  • Sign in to the visitor’s book and take your temperature. (Temperature must be less than 37.5 degrees Celsius to enter)
  • Follow directions from staff at all times
  • Follow all signage as displayed

Tarampa Staff

  • Are being trained in the following COVID-19 requirements
    • Response procedures
    • Personal Protective Equipment usage and disposal
    • Infection Control Procedures
    • Current Government Directives

Management

  • Are linking with the following departments and organisations to keep up to date with changes as they occur:
    • Queensland Department of Health
    • Residential Services Queensland
    • NDIS
    • Supported Accommodation Providers Association
